9 July 2018

A local Office Furniture Sales Executive has won 500 in a prize draw after completing a nationwide customer service questionnaire.

Jane Renshaw, a customer at Specsavers in Openshaw, submitted a short customer feedback questionnaire following a visit to the store on Lime Square, and was entered into a monthly prize draw.

After learning of her success, she was invited into the store by director Rachel Harrison, where she was presented with a cheque and bouquet of flowers.

Speaking of the win, Jane Renshaw says: I couldnt believe it when I got the call to say I had won the prize. I thought it was a joke at first.

The cash prize has come at the perfect time because Im going on holiday soon. Its the first time Ive ever won anything like this so Im thrilled to be able to enjoy it abroad with my family.

Im so thankful to the team at Specsavers in Openshaw, who are always so helpful whenever I visit the store. I will definitely be returning.

Store director Rachel Harrison added: Im sure the local community will join me in congratulating Jane on her win. She was delighted when she attended the store to collect her prize.
